Under the high patronage of his Majesty King MOHAMMED VI, AMIR AL Mouminine , God assists him. The Mashiakha of the Tijani order in Morocco organizes an international forum from 17th to 19th of Chawal 1430 (7, 8 and 9th of October 2009) at the headquarter of the grandiose Tidjani Zawia in Fes in order to commemorate the bicentenary of SHEIKH SIDI AHMED TIDJANI’S death (1230 -1430). Tijanis from 29 countries will take part in this forum .
This gathering will take place two years after the 2007 forum in conformity with the recommendations taken at the occasion, and also with the aim to strengthening the spiritual links between members of the order.
The organization committee led by Sheikh of the order SIDI MOHAMED EL KEBIR TIDJANI organizes during these three days lectures given by imminent scholars. These speeches will be devoted to various steps concerning the life of SHEIKH TIDJANI (1150-1230 of hegira), in addition to the emergence of this Sufi order.
